What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. On request and subject to availability, we can arrange an earlier arrival or a later departure.
Do children stay free of charge?
Children under 11 stay free of charge in the existing double bed, within the capacity of the room. The Deluxe Apartment is reserved for adults only.
Can I book a room for one person?
Yes. Double rooms can also be booked for a single guest, at a lower rate; the price appears automatically when you select one adult.
Is breakfast included?
A buffet breakfast is served every morning and is included in the room rate.
Do you have parking?
Parking is free of charge, subject to availability.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made at the hotel on arrival, in cash or by card. Prices are per room per night, in Romanian lei, VAT included.
How do I cancel a booking?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before your arrival date, until 12:00 noon. After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, please contact us by phone. Bookings paid online and cancelled within this period are refunded in full to the card used for payment. You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or by phone.
Do you accept pets?
If you would like to bring a pet, please contact us before making your booking.
How far is the Alba Carolina Citadel?
About 600 metres — roughly an eight-minute walk. The railway station is around 1.8 km away, and Sibiu International Airport about 73.5 km.
Do you host events?
Yes. Our restaurant seats up to 40 guests, and for groups we reserve all the rooms with a single request. You will find the details on our Weddings and groups page.
